I would like to complain about the way Pin Perks tries to get people to advertise with themThe owner of the company came into my place of employment, without an appointment, to try and get me to advertise with PinPerksI told him that we were not interested at this time and he insisted on continuing his sales pitchWhen I explained to him that I understood everything that he had to offer, however, we are still not interested, he got meanHe was verbally abusive and continued to argue with meHe would not leave when I asked him to leaveI told him this was not a way to get our businessI had to tell him several times that we were not going to advertise with himWe had patients in our office, one standing right next to him, and he continued to be verbally abusive and refused to leaveFinally a technician came up and forced him to leaveAs he was walking out the door he was pointing at me and calling me a liar and even went up to a patients face to tell her I was a liarHe caused a scene and made our patients and staff feel uncomfortable and unsafe

Five or six years ago the owner of Pin Point Perks contacted my store and asked us if we would like to sign up to offer coupons to our customers for free. He stated that he needed someone in our area of retail and so he was offering this service to us. I agreed to accept it and haven't heard a word from him since. He claims that he has come in once a year and checked in and that once he came in and they told him I didn't work here anymore, all of which is untrue. I would honestly not expect him to come in because it was a free service and we weren't paying for anything. I assumed that after a year or so he would want us to sign on but I never heard from him and was not concerned about that at all. Within the last year or year and a half we have decided that we were no longer going to offer coupons. I tried to email him once and never heard back. Once again, I wasn't upset, he was offering this to us for free. I wasn't really sure how to get ahold of him and I didn't go to great lengths to try. I just thought that eventually, surely, he would take us off the site since we hadn't paid or been asked to pay all this time. We got them very seldom so it wasn't a huge issue. We did post a small sign stating that we no longer accepted the coupons so our customers would know.
A few days ago the owner of Pin Point Perks called our store and asked to speak with our owner. She called him back and was completely caught off guard by his aggressive, threatening behavior. He claimed that an employee of his wife came in to shop here and was told by one of our employees that we don't accept Pin Point Coupons and we had tried multiple times to contact him and asked to be removed from the site and hadn't heard back. For some reason he claimed that we were talking badly about him and was outraged! He told us that we didn't know who we were dealing with and he would have his lawyer contact us if the bad mouthing continued! The owner of our store eventually hung up on him because he was screaming in the phone and called her a jerk multiple times. He called her back and left the most disturbing voicemail. As the manager and the person who initially signed on, I felt as though I needed to call him and diffuse the situation. The conversation initially started off ok because I apologized that my employee had said multiple times when I had only emailed once. He still was so angry that we were apparently speaking badly of him. I kept telling him I was so confused and did NOT understand why he was so upset. I have zero bad feelings towards him, he owes us nothing, I have no reason to be upset or bad mouthing him. I had to ask him multiple times to stop speaking so loudly in the phone and to slow down because I could not understand him he was so worked up. I was so thankful that we were not doing this in person. I can't imagine! After he hung up on me, I got off the phone I was literally shaking and so upset. I am sure the coupons are a wonderful service to customers but I would NEVER suggest someone deal with the owner. His behavior was inappropriate and unprofessional.
