I usually don't write reviews but always checking them before making a choiceToday I have to take a minute to say: We had the BEST experience ever with Doug, the owner of Pinpoint Transportation & Tours LLC We were planning our first trip to Disney for about months and realized at the last minute that the Disney's Magical Express doesn't service the Sanford Airport and did not have other choice than looking for transportationMy Husband found Pinpoint Transportation contact information online and first contact with Doug was GREAT Doug was already at the airport when we arrived and made us feel comfortable as soon as we got in the carWe honestly did not realize the time we spent on the way to the Disney resort because it felt like we were with someone we knew for a long timeHe is great with kids and gave us real good advices as we were first time visitorsEven my year old son enjoyed the ride with Doug! We will definitely use Doug services in the future and recommend him to our friends

Our family of nine flew into Sanford/Orlando on Dec26,and our flight was delayed three hours from MichiganOur driver called and left number to call before we contacted himWhen we arrived Doug was there to meet us and loaded all suitcases and entertained us all the way to hotelThis company went above and beyondI would recommend this company to allI chose them for their reviews and it was well worth itDon't hesitate to use Pin Point it's worth the money by far

Booked transportation from St Augustine to Sanford Airport to be picked up at 4:AM for a flight at 7:AM Driver was very prompt and courteous Very enjoyable ride On a scale from 1-10, I'd say Outstanding Thank you

Ready on time, had booster seat for my son, and got us to Disney

My son (yr old) and I have been using Doug and Pinpoint Transportation since We travel to Florida several times a year and I was very anxious about using a private car service initially since it is just my son and I We met Doug and were instantly at ease Professional yet personal service Always on time and always available for help if needed We were on a cruise during the hurricane and our schedule got changed Without access to telephone service to reach him to let him know what was going on, he kept up with the cruise itinerary and was available and ready to come get us when we were allowed to come to port days later Now when I tell my son we are traveling to Florida he always asks..."is Doug picking us up again?" Couldn't ask for better service !

Above expectation for service Driver came into baggage pickup and determined we were the
couple she was to pick up Pick up and deliveries from and back to airport was as scheduled

I have used Pinpoint Transportation every time I visit Orlando, which has been about every year for 6 years. They are friendly, prompt, and efficient. The drivers know a lot about Central Florida, and point out highlights along the way. They are easy to talk to, and make the trip from Sanford Airport to Universal Studios entertaining and fun. I recommend them to anyone needing ground service in Central Florida.

Awesome! This was the first time I flew into Orlando/Sanford. I had no clue what to do in order to get to my hotel. I was amazed at how simple this was. When I called to ask what to do, I was told to simply keep my phone on after I landed. My driver sent me a text as soon as I was on the ground and another text telling me where he was. So easy!! Right on time, friendly, and very helpful. Great service.

We were planning our first trip to Disney for about 6 months and realized at the last minute that the Disney's Magical Express doesn't service the Sanford Airport and did not have other choice than looking for transportation. My Husband found Pinpoint Transportation contact information online and first contact with Doug was GREAT.
Doug was already at the airport when we arrived and made us feel comfortable as soon as we got in the car. We honestly did not realize the time we spent on the way to the Disney resort because it felt like we were with someone we knew for a long time. We found this company 4 years ago and since then Pinpoint is an automatic part of our vacation. The times that we have used them we have found Doug and his drivers to be friendly,obliging, punctual, and the vehicles clean. When you are on vacation for a few weeks and don't drive you really do need an understanding relationship with your transportation company and in this respect Pinpoint has never failed us. Thank you Doug and your drivers.
