This is the first time we have heard of this complaintThe customer has made no attempt to contact us for remediationOur last interaction with the customer was a positive experience and we did not hear any of this feedbackWedding dresses are a very specialized service and we pay attention to every detailWe pride ourselves at Pins & Needles on our experienced staff and quality serviceOur business has been reviewed via [redacted] and [redacted] with the best of reviews regarding alterations (Please feel free to verify)Our price estimates are fair and no work is done until the customer is comfortableCredit cards are accepted and have never been rejected (We advertise this on the website, [redacted] )We spent close to months with this individuals gown to make it perfectThere were no additional charges for any extra work required to make it rightFor the 20+ hours that our seamstress took to make this dress right, we certainly feel the cost we charged was not only fair but, very accommodatingHad we known she was not satisfied, we would have spent additional time to make this right, without additional cost

The Complainant was provided an estimate based on the work that was initially requiredWe made sure to advise of any additional costs on the second visit before any work was doneShe had the opportunity to take the dress back and not continue with the serviceThe dress was very intricate and required the hours of work to continuously change it based on her needsWe didn't charge any extra for the additional work requestedShe left the store fully satisfied with the work done and we never heard from her since after the last visitWe pride ourselves on our service and always make sure our customers our satisfiedShe had plenty of opportunities to come to us with any complaints but, chose to not contact usWe were fully transparent throughout the process

every detail. We pride ourselves at Pins & Needles on our experienced staff and quality service. Our business has been reviewed via [redacted] and [redacted] with the best of reviews regarding alterations (Please feel free to verify). Our price estimates are fair and no work is done until the customer is comfortable. Credit cards are accepted and have never been rejected (We advertise this on the website, [redacted]). We spent close to 2 months with this individuals gown to make it perfect. There were no additional charges for any extra work required to make it right. For the 20+ hours that our seamstress took to make this dress right, we certainly feel the cost we charged was not only fair but, very accommodating. Had we known she was not satisfied, we would have spent additional time to make this right, without additional cost.

The estimate for alterations was $500-$700. There was not any additional work performed beyond original request. I was never informed of additional costs for anything at anytime, and my needs never changed throughout the process, that is a LIE.it is a LIE that the business would accept my credit card, they would not. The Complainant was provided an estimate based on the work that was initially required. We made sure to advise of any additional costs on the second visit before any work was done. She had the opportunity to take the dress back and not continue with the service. The dress was very intricate and required the 20 hours of work to continuously change it based on her needs. We didn't charge any extra for the additional work requested. She left the store fully satisfied with the work done and we never heard from her since after the last visit. We pride ourselves on our service and always make sure our customers our satisfied. She had plenty of opportunities to come to us with any complaints but, chose to not contact us. We were fully transparent throughout the process.

The amount charged was higher than the initial estimate, and, I was never advised by the business That it would be more and I told her that !!!if it took the seamstress more than 20 hrs to do this work, I don't believe she knew exactly what she was doing. She repeatedly made mistakes that had to be corrected on subsequent visits.  The owner, Eva, told me cash or check ONLY at pick up time.
