I am rejecting this response because: I talked with the manager on the phone today He did not acknowledge that they had neglected to mention that there would be additional charges for the manhattan drinks when they were ordered He did not agree to refund the $of unexplained charges on my bill Instead he offered me more opportunities to go back to Pinstripes where I could receive "discounted items." This gives me only the option of going there again and spending more moneyI told him that he wasn't addressing this issue from the customer's perspective or offering me a refund that did not bring the money directly back to PinstripesI do not feel like I want to go back to a place that leaves it's menu unclear and will not acknowledge a customer's reaction to very poor service.I request that a check for $be sent to my address Sincerely, [redacted]

I told him that he wasn't addressing this issue from the customer's perspective or offering me a refund that did not bring the money directly back to Pinstripes. A manhattan is a premium cocktail, it is made with 2 oz of brandy instead of the traditional 1.25 oz. Our standard brandy manhattan costs $8.50 (A standard price of $6.50 for Christian Brothers brandy and $2 upcharge for the increased amount of liquor.) In this case your drink was discounted for the initial pour and $2 would have been added for the additional alcohol consumed. If youi would have asked your server at the time of ordering whether a manhattan is included in the happy hour price she would have told you that it is with an upcharge for the additional liquor as all of our staff are trained to do.
