I have lived here at the mobile home park for three years. When I moved in they advised that they had to order the walls to replace the ones previous tenant made. Never done. New management came in and my walls are still not fixed. My dishwasher will not be fixed because they said that is not a priority. The neighbors in front of me park in my spot and I have complained and complained with no avail. The office will not answer the phone. You always leave a message. They office personnel will be in the office and keep door locked and won't answer the door. I have major health issues. I have a port in my chest and a machine in my stomach. I am so stressed about this management that they will not do anything to fix or help the tenants. Please someone help. Like I said, I have a disease called *** and I need to park close to house because it takes everything I have sometimes to even walk.
To who it may concern,We are handling the issues at hand, I am the new manager that just came on and for obvious reasons the other one was let go. We will get these issues addressed and taken care of in a timely fashion.I have attached a copy of the work order and can also send the completed work order if needed. If there is anything else you need from us please feel free to let us know we are about our residents and our community and our company name.Thank You……….……….…………….………....
