Not only did Freeman services not allow me to use a dock even though our truck was dock height I was told it would $per trip, I took one trip Instead they billed me $the day after I was loaded in Which I did 100% myself, unloaded the truck, hauled it in, and set up the booth I was the ONLY vendor charged like this They said it was because my truck didn't qualify for the show rate of $and that was mentioned in the contract they sent days before the show started Never mind I singed up for this show the year prior, NEVER agreed to their contract, and their dock workers all quoted me $like everyone else But do to a technicality on page of their page contract they decided to increase my bill from $to $ On top of this their lawyer sent me a letter saying I wasn't allowed to use the dock because my truck wasn't dock height Not true my company has trucks ALL dock height Then he said I was charged that much because of weight Which NONE of my stuff was ever weighted and I have written statements from other vendors that were at the dock at the time verifying my statement So at this point I'm experiencing a massive bait and switch, being held to a contract I never signed or agreed to, and dealing with a lawyer who clearly has ZERO comprehension of the actual situation spouting off out right lies based on the assumptions of someone who wasn't even there Do NOT deal with this company for any reason

Instead they billed me $7500 the day after I was loaded in. Which I did 100% myself, unloaded the truck, hauled it in, and set up the booth. I was the ONLY vendor charged like this. They said it was because my truck didn't qualify for the show rate of $110 and that was mentioned in the contract they sent 5 days before the show started. Never mind I singed up for this show the year prior, NEVER agreed to their contract, and their dock workers all quoted me $110 like everyone else. But do to a technicality on page 21 of their 41 page contract they decided to increase my bill from $110 to $7500. On top of this their lawyer sent me a letter saying I wasn't allowed to use the dock because my truck wasn't dock height. Not true my company has 3 trucks ALL dock height. Then he said I was charged that much because of weight. Which NONE of my stuff was ever weighted and I have written statements from other vendors that were at the dock at the time verifying my statement.
