I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I did not go back to the business with my problem because they were already deceitful in their advertisingA quick review of ***, an internet rating service shows multiple complaints from consumers who used this company and experienced the same problems that I did from advertising of the oil special to having their cars damaged and having to be repaired by real mechanicsI brought my car to a certified Hyundai service center where the problem was diagnosed by licensed and certified Hyundai techniciansThey clearly noted that the problem was with negligence on the part of the oil change companyThe manager at All Across the Island Auto flatly denied claimI have since filed formal charges against them with the NYS DeptOf Motor vehicles and the Nassau County Office of Consumer ProtectionI had to pay $ at Hyundai to correct the damage caused by All Acrossand I am seeking reimbursement of that damageI will continue to pursue this to the point of hiring an attorney and suing them for that amount and all associated legal fees

Customer complaint that oil leaked out due to an aftermarket oil filter, customer did not make the shop aware of problem until after taking the vehicle somewhere else,customer should of contacted us directly, being we were the last to work on his vehicle, customer failed to produce oil filter for...
inspection.I would be glad to give the customer a refund on the services performed by us, should we be at fault, thank you
