We had emailed him on Aug 8th-10th - before that he never called to say he didn't want to cancel - he was told he could change at this point but not cancel spaced had been reserved - We do not ask for marriage licenses - we wouldn't know that she lied - but I think he is just trying to get out of paying a billThanks***

[redacted] was the sales rep for this account. I have looked into this account. I first would like to say that a girl who stated to be his wife called in here asking for advertising. This was then put into our system for a sales rep to call. We did as his wife asked she never mentioned that she was...

Review: In April of 2015 my girlfriend wanted to look into doing some advertising for me. So she contacted pioneer directories and ask how much a nap would cost I believe he told her about $30 a month but it depends on what was said in the ad. So she gave them my business name and my business telephone number and told them what I do for business. I'm a landscaper after a brief discussion an employee named [redacted] said he would contact her back with an estimate. He asked for my email address and that was about it apparently he asked for her birthdate also . He said he would contact her back as soon as he could give her a proper estimate. He said he was very busy and it could be as long as a month or two. He never returned his call as he said he would later in August of 2015 I got phone call. I told him we never heard back from him and that I wasn't interested in advertising with the company. Now in September I receive an invoice in the mail for $456.00

I contacted the company and all they can say is that sales representative [redacted] handled the call and that they have a contract they're at their office. I asked him how he could possibly have a contract. And they said we have her birthdate. I am not willing to pay for advertisement that I did not order or approve. And I spoke with my girlfriend and she said she never got back to her. And she had no ability to approve any advertising at that point. Account # on the invoice is up15(c209153)Desired Settlement: I don't need advertising with this company. I believe that [redacted], has bad sales practices in this case. And I want my name removed from their accounts payable I did not order any advertising I did not confirm any proof and I don't think I should be responsible to pay
