Service Issues & Payment Issues, on 10/03/2019 when Pioneer Electric llc. first came to my house they called me at 5 after 9am to open the garage door, I had a dr's appointment at 10:30. I opened the doors and showed them in; PE llc said I had to sign his receipt saying that I acknowledged he had been there; which he used later for the bill making it look like I agreed with the bill. Rob wrote on that bill that he worked for 8 hours which him and another guy got there at 9:05am & gave my daughter the bill at 2pm for a total of 5 hours. A couple days later it came time for an inspection we failed in the bill it says they ground the pump house system & the heater they only grounded the heater, that's why we failed. The inspector explained that we could ground it ourselves and explained how to do it step by step. First Rob told my husband that it would be free but he wanted to be paid in full, after that he refused because my husband mentioned that he padded the first bill & that it was a little too much money that he wasn't here for the 8 hours Rob had said he was working with another worker at $150.00 an hour x2. Rob was upset & told my husband that it was our fault for not getting a bid from him or from any other electricians. When my husband told Rob NO Thank You we'll do the work, Rob tried to blackmail my husband saying that he wouldn't release the permit & our house wouldn't pass inspection & Rob would put a lean against our house, that he wanted to be paid today 10/10/2019 asap my husband said I can pay you Saturday or Monday 10 /14 that he didn't get paid until Friday 10/11, but the bill clearly states payments is due Oct. 15, 2019. When my husband ask why he had to be paid Today, Rob said he didn't believe that we would pay him. Rob then went out to my house & did the work telling my husband that he wasn't going out to my house for nothing that he didn't drive for 2 hours for nothing that He was going to be paid.
