When I researched this I saw nothing negative so this can help the next personI would also like to add this Company to my complaint per the letter I previously sent the money was sent to [redacted]. WHEN RESEARCHING THIS COMPANY IT SHOWED A [redacted] Alpha & Omega Transaction Services Inc [redacted]I checked with my Bank and this Company Negotiated the check. Review: after numerous phone calls from this company I was assured they had a contract and buyer for my time share. all they needed was money to hold for escrow ( against my better judgement this was sent) since this was done I cannot get in touch with anyone by phone, the numbers just ring and the business number is just a recording. Dealings with Companies like this is reasons why consumers question the business's that are honest. Pioneer Financial Group might have some legitimate offices but I will not have any dealings with any of these companies and suggest if you hear the name hang-upDesired Settlement: Sine I feel that this company is not a trustworthy company and the continued days of no contact I requested that they return my funds ASAP plus.

Review: Pioneer Financial Group has not delivered on the sale of a time share property and has not responded to several attempts to contact them for information. Agents of contact include [redacted], ###-###-####, [redacted] ###-###-#### and [redacted] in Administration [redacted].

The company has received payment for services to close a timeshare and has not done so, or contacted me with reason for or sent earnest money deposit as stated.Desired Settlement: Pioneer should meet the contractual agreement in the sale of the timeshare and terms according to said contract. They should contact me as requested for explanation and summary of expected results with a time line to deliver said obligations.
