I ordered Nov and it's Nov and the company hasn't shipped, and will not reply to their contact linkIt's like this company knows how to take money but doesn't understand how to business If an order is delayed the customer should be kept up to dateI believe taking payment and not filling or shipping or staying in contact after days is unacceptable

I placed an order with this company through their Facebook ad That order was placed on 11/17/ My credit card was charged on 11/18/ I have not received my order The site stated orders would be received in 7-days I have sent multiple messages through Facebook messenger and email and have not received a response They do not have a customer service phone number The phone number on their site is for "sales only" PLEASE do NOT order from this company!!

Ordered a headlamp on November 28, on facebook The order has not been shipped and the status on their web site says not shipped I received no response when emailing them for an update and the business line listed is not a business line Poor customer service, no response regarding an order This is most likely someone working out of their house shipping items from China as the orders are placed I would not recommend themFiled a dispute with my credit card company

Do not order anything from this companyThey are crooked and will take your moneyWe ordered items that we never receivedYou cannot reach them by phone and they will not respond to your emailThey should be closed down!

I ordered an item from Pioneer Hunting that they advertised as being on sale.I received an order number and keep checking the status of my orderThe order STILL remains in "received" status and I placed my order days agoI tried contacting the company by the phone number given on their website, which I now see has since been removedI left multiple messages on their voicemail which is extremely generic and states "Please leave us a message, we will call you back." Multiple messages left, no return phone callTheir website also asks to fill out the "help" contact form and someone will get in touch with you ASAP :) Well, again, no responseMy credit card was charged

I placed an order and on the same day cancelled, not what my husband was looking forI sent an e-mail and the e-mail was returned, sent a Facebook message, it was read and no one respondedCalled the customer service number and they are only allowed to take orders, can't check on an order or cancel it

I placed an order weeks ago for Hunter's ULTRA Bright LED Rechargeable Headlamp and have not heard one word from the companyI have sent numerous emails and private messages on Facebook with no responseI sent request to cancel the order and still no responseI called the number listed on their website and was on hold for mins with no answer

I placed an order for the headlamps advertised on their website on Nov 3, to date I have not received myour order nor have I received a reply to my Facebook messages, emails or website messages I would not recommend this company to anyone Very poor customer service and I'm doubtful I will ever see my headlamps

I have been tracking my order since Nov 17 and it has not been filled. I have messaged and got no response and the phone # isn't in service....feel this is a fraud

I have had an extremely poor relationship with this company since making my purchase on November 25, 2016. My Credit card was charged the full amount from the day of purchase. I have e-mailed the company multiple times at their "contact us" web page. No response. I have called their web site and left messages on their 24 hour hotline. No response. I have called their customer care line 1-844-747-8517 and been told the same thing each week by a call center girl named Melissa. "Your order is being shipped today" . I received the following e-mail on Monday, December 12, 2016; Hi Lisa,
First and foremost, we want to sincerely apologize for the shipping delay on your recent order with us.
You may have reached out to us by email or on Facebook and it's possible you have not gotten a response yet. I wanted to let you know that we understand how frustrating that is, and that we really appreciate your patience.
We are a small team that has experienced massive sales during this holiday season; creating delays in shipping and poor customer service. We are working day and night to get caught up and are shipping hundreds of orders per day.
You will receive the products you ordered and you have our commitment that the matter will be resolved to your satisfaction.
You have our genuine appreciation for your patience on the matter. We are working to make this right for you.

There are no supervisors or other persons at the call center who can assist me. Their advice is use the "Contact us" web page. I would never do business with this company again!

I spoke to someone on a cell phone also! looks like Pioneer Hunting a scam!

I ordered Nov 6 and it's Nov 16 and the company hasn't shipped, and will not reply to their contact link. It's like this company knows how to take money but doesn't understand how to business.
If an order is delayed the customer should be kept up to date. I believe taking payment and not filling or shipping or staying in contact after 10 days is unacceptable.
