Review: Pioneer info is a scam 100%!!!! Spoke to the people working there and shared my concerns about the leads that I paid for (472.50 on 2-5-2013). I explained that I had people calling me up-set asking why these leads were directed to there kids, hence the leads had clients child's names and not there's. This was very poor filtering there leads on Pioneer's part!! Spoke to the owner / sales manger who would not give me his full name and information and just laughed!!! Beyond POOR customer service!!!!! I am very up-set and want people to know that they are a scam and will not help!!! please help me resolve this matter Revdex.com thank you!!Desired Settlement: 472.50 refund please or will take other steps if needed

However, we must object to the statement that we are a 100% scam company. We feel that statement is extremely unfair and inaccurate. We have been in business for 17 years and have an A rating with the Revdex.com and over 100 positive testimonials from past and present clients. We are the oldest privately held information services company in the US. We have reviewed this customers account and all the filters were correct and his order was filled correctly. We do have the best return policy in the industry and any bad records will be replaced or given full credit towards anything else that we offer. To date this customer has not returned one bad lead to support their claim and they purchased the list over 4 months ago. We are more than willing to work with this customer to try to find a solution for them.

Review: I asked for a list of information to use in a mailing to people behind on mortgage payments. I'm new to Real Estate Investing & found out after I got the list from Pioneer Advantage that it's illegal to mail or even talk with people behind on their mortgage. State law directs what's legal & what's illegal. I can't use the list or I can be sent to jail & fined $10,000 dollars. I've already had the Sheriff's Office call & ask about this. I've had to hire a criminal defense attorney in case there are formal charges brough forward. All other companies that provide this list have stopped selling because it's illegal to sell it. Yes - you can obtain the information but can't give it out. Similar to buying a gun legally but then giving it someone to hurt/kill someone else. The person who got the gun legally is still guilty of a crime by providing the gun/information in this case. If Pioneer Advantage refuses to refund my money - I have no choice but to pass this along to the Sheriff's office for investigation. Furthermore, I'll have to pass this along to the State Real Estate Commission & FTC.Desired Settlement: complete refund of what I paid: $440.00 - anything less or another offer will not work.

The data we provided can be marketed in a legal and ethical way. We provide the data and it is up to our clients to know their industry and local laws in regards to their marketing efforts.

We want to be able to assist this customer and regret that they were not happy with the list they purchased. We are not able to locate their order. Please have them forward a copy of the invoice so we can research their issue, thanks.

We regret that [redacted] is not satisfied with his purchase. [redacted] agreed in writing that we do not offer refunds and then he agreed again to the terms again before ordering. We do however offer a 100% order replacement and this customer can select any other product/service that we offer as full replacement of his purchase price.

If the company refuses to refund the money - I've been instructed by the Sheriff's Office to forward to matter to them for review - if money exchanges then it's criminal matter. However, if the money is refunded it's not a criminal matter. I know the Washington State Real Estate Board will also look into this matter as well.
