To the best of our knowledge everything has been taken care ofHowever, if Ms [redacted] feels that there are other repairs that need to be done we ask her to please contact us directly and we will assist her with getting [redacted] 's Service Techs out to her home Ms [redacted] was informed of having a solid concrete slab down before we could deliver her home, she did notInstead electing to put piers in on the side of a huge slopeThis delayed her delivery by several weeksOnce she had the concrete pad in place her home was deliveredWe do apologize that inclement weather may have played a part in delaying her from moving in(Pictures Included)

In response to Mrs [redacted] 's Revdex.com complaint, we would like to address each complaint separately.1.) Customer [redacted] stated that she paid a deposit and was made to pay the remaining balance before the house would be moved to her site.Reply: As a common practice in our Industry, all homes are to be paid in full before homes are deliveredMrs [redacted] was fully aware of this before, during and after the purchase so I'm not understanding what kind of complaint she is making.2.) Pioneer sent a guy out to measure the highway overpass and left half her home on the side of the road till the next day.Reply: Customer made mention while purchasing that there were two ways to get the home on the property and they didn't feel like there would be any problemWe had our installer go check the location to heed off any possible problems and he immediately reported that he felt like the overpass might be an issue but he could still get it under the overpassCustomer was informed during the purchase process and is also outlined on the back of their purchase agreement on line 17, that they would be responsible for any cost or charges associated with deliverySo the rock Mrs [redacted] speaks of was and is her responsibility.3.) Mrs [redacted] states that she signed off on a sink, countertop and pendant light for over her island.Reply: Mrs [redacted] did in fact sign for the items mentionedShe got out of the items she ordered which was the sink and countertop The pendant lights where missed by [redacted] and are being scheduled to be put in soon.4.) Pioneer represents themselves as having a A+ rating while having an F.Mrs [redacted] should understand that for reasons such as hers is the reasons we have one, if in fact we do Mrs [redacted] has got a beautiful home, we were very happy to assist herWe regret any and all conflicts pertaining to Mrs [redacted] and are looking forward to continuing to get any matters taken care of

I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive the sink and countertop I ordered. The lights over the island are still not fixed. We bought the home in January and it is now coming up on August with still no resolution to these issues. I would also like the company to send a copy of the purchase agreement that we signed stating the we would be responsible for the delivery of the home. If we did sign this, I would be happy to retract the statement regarding the gravel. As far as the Revdex.com rating, I and customers like me did not give them the F rating alone like they suggested. They had an F rating from back in 2014 for putting they had an A+ rating when they did not. They were ordered by the Revdex.com to remove this off their website and they never did.

sent my husband a text & said that this was slander so I do not want
to pursue the complaint.

Unfortunately, the issues that this customer is experiencing is due to the them hooking up the water line incorrectly to the water heater, causing their home to flood.  We are the dealer and we do not perform the factory service calls.  Champion Homes, the Manufacturer has been to Mrs....

[redacted]'s home numerous times fixing problems that she has had.  We will be happy to assist her in getting Champion to address any further issues that she may still have.  Please refer to the original dispute response on file for more information.Thank You!
