I was relocating for my job in WashingtonI had no idea how to move my things and it seriously was stressing me outPlanning and organizing the entire move gave me a headache each timeAfter talking to our circle of friendsA friend suggested me to hire Pioneer Group as our moving companyMy friend told me about her experience with the company and how she has to move because of work almost every other monthAfter listening to her story it made me realize it shouldn’t be so hardI talked to the guys at Pioneer; they did an exceptional job in helping us moveThey took care of every detail, many of which I wouldn’t have even consideredThe pick up time and delivery was exactly like it was promisedThere were no delays which made the job so much easier

Used them and they were actually a really nice business providing me details outside of what they had to tell me and even working with me by being flexible with the package

In regards to your concerns about the actual charges of your shipment based on the actual services preformed; be advised that your shipment is based on cubic feet; however, it is also based on the items you went through in great detail with your moving coordinator upon making the reservation for your moveIf you are moving more items than what is on your order then your price will be more, and, on the contrary; if you move less items than your order shows your price will obviously be lessBy basing the actual charges on the actual cubic feet and services preformed on your shipment we are not only protecting our consumer, but our company as wellFor this exact same reason we require that our clients review and execute not only their Estimate/Order For Service and Inventory List (to ensure its’ accuracy) but also the Terms and Conditions of our agreement in an effort to avoid confusion and/or hearsay prior and/or subsequent to the relocation process To encourage you to continue to use our services in the future, and as a tangible means of acknowledging your disappointment with our company we have notified upper management to expedite your claim for your move

Contrary to other moving companies I had a excellent experience with pioneer moving group I moved from NJ to PAWe packed up our bedroom townhouse ahead of time so when the movers came on time we were ready to go they had the moving truck packed and ready in less than two hours which was a relief because we were on a tight scheduleMy items arrived safe and sound in less than two weeks no scratches and everything was there Im glad I was recommended to try this company

I am a seasoned veteran when it comes to movingI know you can always expect to pay more when hiring a company, because they will estimate low and then add in costs where they canThis company takes SCAMMING to a whole new level!!!
I have a BEDROOM APARTMENT that was scheduled to be moved from PA to SCI was given an estimate of $The team came out (and they were VERY nice), but once they loaded the truck, I was handed a new final balance of over $5400!!!! What on earth could they have packed in that truck to jack my rate up over 5x the original quote!?!?!
I had the move team call their manager, and she was the most RUDE person I've ever spoken withShe had the audacity to tell me that this was completely normal, and that SHE "DIDN'T EVEN WANT THIS DEAL ANYMORE" if I was going to continue to argue with her! I couldn't believe my earsI demanded they unload the truck because I was not going to pay almost $to move a ONE bedroom apartmentThe lady boss got back on the phone and demanded we give them $CASH or her team was instructed to leave with MY belongings still in the truck It wasn't until I called the police that the movers started unloading my things, against their manager's instructionsI'm grateful to them, but want to warn everyone to STAY AWAY!!! RUNDO NOT USE THEM!!! What a rip offThey kept my deposit and said they're going to charge my credit card the $anywayUNBELIEVABLEDoNotUse!!!

I feel so violated and taken advantage of by this companyNot only would they not budge until we paid them to unload the truck IN CASH ONLY they returned our items to us almost weeks after our move out day When we moved out our representative was available but once they had our items and money the company went silent, no one took our calls, returned our messages for at least weeksWhen our stuff arrived each item had appeared as though they had taken a baseball bat to it The worst was my viola, made in has some scratches and a huge chip in itI trusted these people to care for our entire life and they trashed itI feel violated, how could they do this to us? We trusted this company to deliver our life to us in one piece, they extorted us for as much as they couldThe final price was about 4,000$ after we were given an estimate of about 1900$ I'm a school teacher so it's not like I can even go after them with a legal representationI'll be paying for this move for a long time, the broken items will be my debt to them for my entire life

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE...THEY INCREASSE YOUR RATE MOR THAN 100 % AFTER YOU SIGN THE PAPERS...I RECEIVE MY FURNITURE BROKEN..PEOPLE VERY AGRESSIVE.....VERY DISSAPOINTED WHIT THIS COMPANY ...,..WORST EXPERIENCE.....

After talking to our circle of friends. A friend suggested me to hire Pioneer Group as our moving company. My friend told me about her experience with the company and how she has to move because of work almost every other month. After listening to her story it made me realize it shouldn’t be so hard. I talked to the guys at Pioneer; they did an exceptional job in helping us move. They took care of every detail, many of which I wouldn’t have even considered. The pick up time and delivery was exactly like it was promised. There were no delays which made the job so much easier.
