To whom it may concern, I have tried to locate an estimate or sales order showing information on this customer but have had no success at all. I have tried a search by the customer name listed on the complaint, the address as well as by the phone number listed. I have no records or documents at...

all that Pioneer Overhead Door has provided any sales, service or estimate to provide sales or service to this person. I would really like to get resolution on this complaint but I will need someone to provide an estimate number, sales order number or an invoice number so I can see if in fact we did do work or provide services to the person filing this complaint against Pioneer Overhead Door Sales. I have read the complaint and it reads Pioneer Overhead was to install a garage opening for them?  We do not build door openings for customers garages, we provide new doors and operators in existing openings, new construction both residential and commercial  as well as service and repairs on existing doors and operators. We only install products that we purchase provide from our manufactures such as Clopay Garage Door Manufacturing and Chamberlain Liftmaster Garage Door Operators. The reason for this policy is product liability and the State of Utah required insurances and warranty requirements. Pioneer Overhead Door cannot provide any warranty on products that we are not an Authorized Accredited Dealer for. We do not install products purchased elsewhere under any circumstance for any customer as our insurance provider will extend our liability coverage to outside product sources not listed on our insurance policies as additional insured. Please give me any information you can as would like resolve this issue and or make amends to this customer if in fact this is our problem.
