This scamming "company" does not follow FCC rules & regulations The number they are faxing to is on the Do Not Call list They are not able to remove our fax number because they are not the ones doing the faxing They pay a scam company to send out their scam faxes

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Yes, the vendor is correct- the job was already completed and paid for, and then, after the fact, my grandmother had asked for the discount- BECAUSE THE ESTIMATOR DID NOT HONOR THE COUPON AT THE TIME OF THE ESTIMATE!!! The vendor, Pioneer Paving, clearly must instruct their estimators to not accept the coupon at the time of the estimate so they can avoid honoring their advertised discount They are falsely advertising and should be penalized for it and they should be ashamed for taking advantage of naive senior citizens They claim they tried to act in good faith, but all they did was try to appease my grandmother with a refund that was only a portion of what should have been given in the first place If they were truly trying to act in good faith, they would have paid the full amount promised on the advertisement and apologized for the misunderstanding This way, we could recommend them for more work, but now I hope karma somehow gets the refund back from them It's a shame that they would rather deal with answering to Revdex.com complaints and poor reviews online then pay the rest of what they owe to my grandmother Sincerely, Christopher G [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The response from Pioneer contains inaccuracies and outright falsehoods [redacted] is an excellent representative for Pioneer Paving He was pleasant and informative about various jobs to be done When he saw the mess in my garage, he arranged with his boss to come over and clean things up He suggested moving things out for cleaning, not me Unfortunately, we were given a day notice for a day when we would not be home When I told them so, they never communicated with me again I kept calling, leaving messages .to no avail Weeks later, a man showed up at my door unannounced, as Pioneer Paving admits, with no appointment, but with an attitude He said he was there to blow out my garage, not vacuum I was concerned about the blower and told the men I was calling the office The office worker didn't know about the men and said someone would call back When I got off the phone, the men were gone and no one called back For several days I made numerous calls to rectify the situation, none were returned I kept getting the run around If [redacted] would arrange to make another appointment to do the clean up he proposed, I would be happy to work with him In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

A salesperson was sent out to the Johnson residence at [redacted] yesterday, Tuesday, December [redacted] and found that the patch was not done correctly We will be working on repairs the next two upcoming weeks and we will rectify the situation Thank you for your time and we are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused

In May of 2016, MrB*** offered to scrape my driveway level for a modest price, which I agreed to have him doAfter the work was completed we discussed options to improve the drivewayWe agreed that he would bring river rock to me and spread it on the drivewayHe asked for upfront money to pay his crew overtime to do it after another jobLike a fool, I agreedAfter that he had a repeated string of excuses of why he couldn't do it, with things like his tractor broke down, his trailer broke down, his father was sick, and on and onAfter about two months, he stopped taking my phone calls or responding to voice mailsAs of mid- December, he has yet to fulfil his promise or return the moneyDo not trust this guy for anything

Review: I called Pioneer Paving for a quote to patch and seal our driveway. I called them because of their rating with the Revdex.com. I was told that someone would come by and give me a quote. A few days later I got a call from Pioneer Paving and he says, they are in the area and have left over asphalt from a job this morning and would like to see if it would be enough to patch my driveway. Everything was nice with the quote and the work they said they "would do". When they quoted me they said it was fresh asphalt, however when they came to the house to patch the driveway the asphalt looked like a rock, which had to be remelted. They assured me that the driveway would look nice and this is a normal procedure for patching driveways. I paid them the full amount of the service upfront and they were suppose to come back and finish filling the cracks and seal the driveway . I called him the next day telling him my concerns about his work and how I was unhappy with the asphalt used and how the patches looked unfinished. It took them multiple rescheduled times and 2 days of canceled appointment to show back up and complete the job less to satisfaction. They never fixed the patch work, they just put a seal coat over it. The patch work is sloppy and not level with the rest of the driveway. The work I was told that would be done was not done. I have had one story after another from the owner and the son of this company, not to mention the employee caused a scene in my front yard and rudely commented to my neighbors about their driveway. He said he would refund me the whole amount of this job since I was unhappy but he never followed through. This company has been nothing what I expected it to be. It has been one lie after another and I am very upset with the service I received.Desired Settlement: I personally feel this whole experience was a scam and I would like for the company or the son of the company to refund us our money. We paid 625.00 for a service that looks horrible and now we have to pay for it to be redone correctly. I will willing pay for the seal coat (100.00 value) and would like to refunded the rest.
