Information Revdex.com letter, because this case was in litigation. Pioneer Printing (Pioneer) has been in business for 148 years and provides printing products not only throughout the Rocky Mountain Region but Internationally. Pioneer entered a new business relationship with customer in October of 2015, and from October 2105 to January 2017, Pioneer provided 26 jobs to this customer. Pioneer received several emails of appreciation from this customer for quick turnarounds, professional service and outstanding quality. The complaint is based on two occasions where Pioneer provided printing products based on the customers requested estimate specifications. The customer received the estimates and approved the estimate for production. Pioneer received files that matched the estimates specs and printed the product. The customer denied both projects upon receipt due to their own error. The vinyl banner in the complaint, needed an additional 6" printed around the banner, information not given at the time of the estimate nor was the file sent in with the additional specs. The second complaint was a book not bound the way the customer wanted but failed to request that specific binding and approved the estimate with the binding that was bid and produced. Pioneer allowed the customer to deviate from their payment terms during the business relationship to assist with the customer's cash flow problems, a position that Pioneer should have never allowed, but tried to go above and beyond the expected general Customer Service standard.  Pioneer Printing offered to have the second job returned and to rerun to the new specs with the binding option desired, the customer kept the product and Pioneer offered a discount out of good will for the customer and was accepted. The customer then demanded a larger discount days later which determined our decision of no longer doing the business with the customer and all jobs open to be paid in full. Pioneer Printing prides itself in being a reputable company who provides great quality, competitive pricing and exceptional service.
