After 4 weeks and no contact, my husband drove to the business to check the status of repair. Owner said he would get to it the same day. 10 days later we heard from him with an estimate on repairs. We gave the go ahead. We received another call and they added on another repair without prior authorization.
Original estimate was $350. Final bill was $591. My husband called to discuss and got a run-around and excuses on the overage. When the tractor was finally delivered we offered our credit card for payment but Todd could not accept it. We then submitted the invoice for online payment via our bank. There is a delay when setting up a new vendor and payment was made within 7 business days. In the meantime, Todd called and threatened us with collections and was verbally abusive.
In summary, they had the tractor from 7/8/15 until 8/25/15. That's over 7 weeks! The original estimate was increased $250.
