Pioneer Bank received a letter of complaint assigned Case #[redacted], which describes a transaction by one of our customers, who believes she had never received a refund for a pair of shoes she purchased. The resolution she is looking for is the reimbursement of $49.95 which was the price of the...

shoes she never received. The charge of $49.95 was visible to our customer when viewing transactions to her account through on-line banking. She was able to see the charge as a pending transaction for a few days before it eventually dropped off once the transaction was cancelled. The shoes were not available and she was never actually charged. I contacted our customer and set up an appointment to go through each transaction on her account help her understand that the $49.95 transaction in question was actually only visible as a pending transaction. The appointment was for this morning at 9am. Our customer did not show or call to cancel this appointment.[redacted]VP Security/BSA
