Pioneer Title & Escrow

Morgan P *ntered a contract with us to sell weeks of our timeshare. He is the representative of the escrow company allegedly holding money for us. The amount of money approximates $16,535.00. We were not able to complete the sale due continued requests for money by this representative. We later confirmed that he forged international documents to scam us. This was confirmed by a Foreign Legal consultant who is licenses to practice law in Mexico and the United States. His name is ***. He can not practice in the state of Oregon so he can not help with this situation. We have accepted that we will not be able to recover our lost money. But we suspect that this is a continued scam that is preying on other US citizens. We are having difficulty with law enforcement due to the nature of being in a different state. We have proof and documentation to support our complaint. We also suspect that Morgan P may be a victim of identity fraud and that this company is not aware of the issue. We can provide documentation of this via email to an appropriately identified person to verify our claim.
