[redacted] called (Arrow Upholstery) July for someone to come out to measure and show her fabrics for her living room windowsShe placed her order on July 18, for large cornice board, smaller cornice boards, and I pair lined draperies on a traverse rod for $including taxWe installed the draperies at the time frame we promised Ms [redacted] weeks once the order was placed [redacted] the installer and [redacted] the sales consultant was at the install on September and Installed everything on the contract and paid [redacted] by credit card after installationSeveral weeks after the installation she called [redacted] and was displeased with the way the drapes were hanging and how they operate [redacted] had [redacted] the installer come out and checked the hardware and everything operated normallyThe drapes will require two hands to open do to the size 175" wide by 101" long with liningCustomer also did not like how the drapes were hanging and do to the size of the drapes and being operable they will never be perfectly straight vertically [redacted] several times after [redacted] visit try to call and talk to her about the drapes but she refused to talk to himIf you have any questions please call or email us at [redacted] Thanks***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The companies response to the email below, was that they have been trying to reach out to me several timesThey have NEVER tried to reach out to meThey are still trying to avoid their responsibilityVery disappointed in this companyThey completely took advantage of me by stating that this would be taken care of and they never did If I cannot get a resolution through Revdex.com I will be seeking legal counsel [redacted] promised that they would change out the curtain rod because it did not function properly due to the weight of the curtains.The reason I did not want [redacted] to come back to my home is because every time I tried to address my concerns with him he would try to downplay them and not address it [redacted] sold me a more expensive fabric for the draperies telling me that the draperies would hang better if the drapery was not a cheaper fabricCurrently my draperies look like wedding dresses they flair at the bottom and one side looks entirely different than the other These draperies are in my main living room and I have to look at them every time I walk in there and I feel ripped off I expressed my concerns to the owner, ***During several different phone calls with [redacted] he promised me that this situation would be taken care of I requested he not send Scott [redacted] assured me he would not send [redacted] if I felt uncomfortable with him that he would send the installer [redacted] promised me he would also come out and take a look at the drapery on several occasions and he never cameHe always had an excuse, one time it was because he was going away for the month of November, another time it was because he said there was no one to correct the draperies in December because he had no one to work He promised me that in January that this would all be taken care ofThey have completely dismissed my concerns giving me the runaroundThis whole situation has caused great distress and discomfort for me and I feel I have been taken advantage ofI coul have asked for my money back but all I wanted was to get the situation corrected and have the beautiful draperies that I paid $4, I have attached two photographs of the left side of the curtains and the right side of the curtainsYou Can see that they don't even look the same the flare is unacceptable Regards, [redacted] ***

We have numerous times been out to Ms***'s house going over her issues with the draperiesThe drapes are heavy do to the size of the windows, material, and liningThe drapes need to be operated by two hands to pull and close the draperies with the current hardware or any other hardwareThe material like we discussed before is a very durable high quality fabric, but with the size of the windows and being that drapes are operable will "flare" outUnfortunately *** has been very ill and doesn't come in anymore, *** will be the main contact if there are any issues.ThanksArrow Upholstery
