This year we decided to install solar panels and through our city Solar Program we had the opportunity to meet with this company's representative From the beginning they took the time to explain the process and how they would review our location to determine if we would qualify Throughout the entire process and with all the individuals that we encountered we had nothing but positive experiences They went over our options and helped us understand the entire solar industry benefits We would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to install solar on their home or business We have shared our experiences with our friends and family and appreciate that they took the time to help us through every step of the way

In shopping for a 6 MW solar power system, I decided to talk to these guys. I try to work with local businesses whenever possible and I was excited to work with them. From the first inquiry, it took about a month for them to get back to me to schedule an appointment to look at our home and create a proposal. In fairness, I didn't follow-up with them or chase them for an appointment. A sales rep named Josh came out to the house and did some measurements and took some pictures. He asked me to come by the office for an appointment to go over a formal proposal for the project. He let me know that they are currently booking out about 9 months and I would need to put a deposit to reserve my spot in queue. A few days later, I took time out of work to drive over to the PV2 office to review the proposal as agreed. I had my checkbook ready to put down my deposit to reserve my spot. When I turned up at the office, the office staff had no idea who I was or had any knowledge of an appointment. Josh was no where to be found. About 15 minutes after the start time of our meeting, Josh called me on my mobile to let me know he would not be able to get to the office and would like to reschedule. No follow up since.

I have since received a proposal from another solar company. They are incredibly organized and have guaranteed install in less than 75 days or they will pay me $500 for the inconvenience. Despite my desire to work with a local organization, I can't make a $30,000 gamble on a company that clearly has taken on more than it can handle.

Be very wary of this organization and make sure you do your diligence.

PV2 is a truely exceptional company. Each experience from the project proposal, system installation, the system start-up and walkthrough, the custom user guide, and all of the communications in between were handled efficiently and with great attention to quality. Every aspect of the workmanship in this project is 1st rate. I have seen many solar projects and the quality I expected to get in selecting PV2 is exactly what I ended up with. This is the company to do business with if you have a high regard for quality. The Cooperative model they are following really seems to work. Each individual we interfaced with had that true sense of ownership and stake in the success of the business.

They were particularly good at problem-solving. I did not want to see conduit going over the eaves and down the exterior of the house. The interior route that I thought they could use turned out to be blocked. I thought we would have to go with Plan B down the side of the house when they found a way to go from the attic into the garage crawl space and then to the inverter in the cellar. I was really pleased that they were clever enough and took the time to come up with a Plan C that worked.

The system is first rate; the online monitoring site is very instructive. I can see how much more energy the panels could produce from the various graphs were I to remove a tree or two.

They were religious about hooking up to their safety harnesses on the roof from what I could see. The install was in January - pretty cold and windy but relatively snow-free. A very professional outfit.
