In shopping for a MW solar power system, I decided to talk to these guys I try to work with local businesses whenever possible and I was excited to work with them From the first inquiry, it took about a month for them to get back to me to schedule an appointment to look at our home and create a proposal In fairness, I didn't follwith them or chase them for an appointment A sales rep named Josh came out to the house and did some measurements and took some pictures He asked me to come by the office for an appointment to go over a formal proposal for the project He let me know that they are currently booking out about months and I would need to put a deposit to reserve my spot in queue A few days later, I took time out of work to drive over to the PVoffice to review the proposal as agreed I had my checkbook ready to put down my deposit to reserve my spot When I turned up at the office, the office staff had no idea who I was or had any knowledge of an appointment Josh was no where to be found About minutes after the start time of our meeting, Josh called me on my mobile to let me know he would not be able to get to the office and would like to reschedule No follow up since I have since received a proposal from another solar company They are incredibly organized and have guaranteed install in less than days or they will pay me $for the inconvenience Despite my desire to work with a local organization, I can't make a $30,gamble on a company that clearly has taken on more than it can handle Be very wary of this organization and make sure you do your diligence
