We PCSed from Hawaii to Georgia to our new duty station. Upon arrival of our household goods, the sofa and the container which it was in was destroyed, water damaged, and dirty. Also, our clothes, sheets, and my wife's ball gown were in a box that was torn apart and water damaged. We have sent in claims to this company to replace our sofa, and, after multiple calls of getting hung up on, they told us that there was nothing they could do. We have pictures of the damage and all documentation.
Each military member has the ability to file a claim with the Transportation Provider (TSP) and the Military for damaged goods. Our claims department would handle the claim if the member had notified Pioneer Van Lines, Inc. I cannot tell from the message if he had followed his orders to file the claim as I set forth in last sentence.
Therefore, I do not understand why he filed a complain with the Revdex.com Northwest.
