I am a property manager and my company contacted [redacted] for a tenant with termites, ants, spiders and roaches We were offered a treatment that that would tent the property and kill all of the insects in on shot We would normally not tent as there are less costly options but this seemed like the way to eliminate all bugs within the home so we opted for this treatment at a cost of almost $ When [redacted] was not available until two weeks later we then call on other vendors to see if anyone had time that week and found PIP Termite & Pest Control to do the work A few days after the tenant moved back in they emailed that they still had bugsWe contacted PIP and were told that there was no residual and they did not offer any guarantee for any of the other insects One of my staff even spoke with the owner and he stated we never communicated that we had anything but roaches I do not believe this is the case as this was the specific reason we elected for this treatment at twice the cost Then I tried to call myself and after three attempts to reach the owner without any return call I called again and was told he is rarely in the office and that they would leave a message After a little more conversation the owner took the phone from the lady that I was speaking with and clearly seemed frustrated that I was even bothering to call him After ten minutes of conversation I asked if he intended to do anything or offer any solution for what I believe was at least in part a failure of his companies and he stated no I just want people to know that we paid specifically twice the amount of the alternative treatment specifically to deal with the insect issue as a whole and although we disagree with where the miscommunication happened and who is responsible the owner offered no interest in any resolution I was not even asking for anything, was not asking for a refund, just an offer of anykind to show an attempt to provide the servcie that I contracted them to provideIf you do business with this company and are not satisfied, do not expect the business to make any attempt to satisfy you when the owner has no interest in doing so, he will tell you how long he has been in business and how successful he is in it but he must measure his success in trucks and money as customer satisfaction does not seem to matter at PIP The owner [redacted] is not a pleasant person to deal with and he should care about his customers, and if he will not make any effort to rectify an issue with a property management company that provides a great deal of business in pest control service how much do you think he will care about a home owner's satisfaction Stick with companies that have demonstrated they care, ask a friend, read reviews We should have stuck with [redacted]

I HADRACCOONS DOING A LOT OF DAMAGE TO MY BACK YARDTEARING MY SCREENS BY MY POOLI CALLED PIP [redacted] IN THE OFFICE SENSED THE PANIC IN MY VOICE AND SENT A TECHNICIAN OVER THE SAME DAY WITH A TRAPDAYS LATER THERE WAS THE CRITTER TRAPPEDWHAT A RELIEF.I NEVER NEW THE DAMAGE THESE THINGS COULD CAUSEWHEN THEY CAME OUT TO PICK UP THE TRAPPED RACCOON THE TECHNICIAN TOLD ME I HAD DAMAGE TO MY FICUSTURNED OUT TO BE WHITEFLYI NEVER NEW A PEST CONTROL COMPANY COULD HANDLE MY LAWN AND TREES ALSOPIP IS NOW HANDLING MY LAWN AS WELL AS ALL MY PEST CONTROL NEEDSI HAVE AND WILL CONTINUE TO RECOMMEND PIP TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY

I have used PIP termite & pest Control several times over the last two years and have been very happy with their serviceThe technician is always prompt and Courteous and I believe he gives me great ServiceWhen I call into the office and speak with *** *** she is always friendly prompt and courteousI would recoomend their outfit to anyone who uses the serviceCall and ask for *** she will help you resolve anything
