Pipe Light Art

Review: I purchased a lamp from Pipe Light Art, May 9, 2014. After a month of non-responsiveness I directly contacted the seller via email and was told his website had issues and he was mailing the light. The light arrived a week later - a wrong chandelier, nothing like the original light I purchased. Again I contacted the seller, and he indicated more issues with his website and that he would refund my purchase, and send a UPS shipper label to have his wrong light returned. Following two weeks and no receipt of anything from the seller, and multiple email attempts by me to reach the seller to obtain the return shipping label, the seller finally responded then indicating that he needed the weight and dimensions of the box. At my own expense, I sent the wrong package back to the seller as he indicated he would refund the shipping plus the original purchase upon notice of the return shipment tracking information. It has now been over two months. I have called the seller and emailed multiple times and he continues to ignore my requests to refund the purchase and my incurred cost for shipping his wrong merchandise back to him, despite his agreeing to do so. He owes me $768.49.Desired Settlement: Refund $768.49, which includes my original $$699.00 purchase + $69.49 as the cost to ship the wrong light back to the seller that the seller incorrectly shipped to me.
