Good Morning, My truck is currently at [redacted] Ford, while they are trying to find matching lug-nuts to complete this repair to my satisfactionThey have provided a Rental Car while this is going on, but the repair has not been completed as of 08/15/Please keep this open pending final response and receipt of my vehicle back Thank you, ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I do not fully accept the response from the Dealer for bringing in my Ranger and the brief response I receivedI have been in communication with the dealer and I have dropped off the truck to be looked atI have received a rental car, but until the vehicle repair is finished, I cannot accept the response to close out this complaintThe vehicle was dropped off on 06/02/and the day window that Revdex.com has given me, will fall on Saturday, 06/03/I may not know more until at least Monday, 06/05/The proposed action discussed with the dealer was to leave the vehicle, have them replace all the wheel spacers so they match, replace the lug nuts and wheel locks to match, but I will not accept this until I have visually inspected the vehicle and received and accepted the vehicle backI hope to know more next week Sincerely, [redacted]

I reach out to Mr [redacted] to arrange for his ranger to be brought ithe does have an after***et application and we need to find the correct spacers for the vehicle

We have followed up with the customer (Mr Cornejo) on this complaint and have come to the conclusion to refund him the cost of the service he paid for at LA Mercedes Dealership and this situation is resolved

I basically after all the problems and headaches want desolution, it is ridiculous what I have went thru with this carIts only yeard old and has loads of problemd, to begin with it was given to me without an oil changeI gave them my volvo as down payment and I guess they would keep thatBasically I want all canceled and don't want this on my recordI went to an auto agency thinking I would get a great running car to have known I am surr craigslist would have worked the same or probably better, please help

the ford store is sympathetic to an existing glass crack that spread through out the windshield, however the dealership does not feel responsible for a pre-existing condition that manifested to a larger degree during the customer's service visitit has been our experience that when a glass is
already broken the only reason in takes time to spread on a windshield is due to lamination holding glass togetherunfortunately during the movement, temperature, cab pressure and other factors during the use of the vehicle the broken glass crack can growthe questions is weather a damage component is the responsibility of the ford store san leandroI am not sure in this case what the customer is asking of the ford store, since the dealer did not break the glass to begin with?

Customer remained on a rental through the weekendThe issue was not the spacers but the lug nutsthe vehicle is equipped with non-factory rims and the aftermarket components are difficult to matchthe wheel lugnuts found were to match the other lugnuts already on the vehiclecustomer mentioned he wanted all the other lugnuts to match and they were order by the dealer for the customercustomer is to be notified so that they can be replaced

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I would like the vehicle to be in "Like or Better condition," than when I took my truck in and bought new tires. Due to the wheel not being installed correctly, it caused the lug nuts to fall off or shear off. Initially, when the spacer was replaced, the lugnuts to match were not ordered and I have had to wait for this to be addressed. After 10 months since I initially contacted the dealer I have been waiting and trying to work with the dealer to get this resolved. It was not until I filed a Revdex.com complaint that I received any attention in resolving this matter. For this inconvenience and the safety hazard the initial installation caused and the repeated trips to the dealer, I would like all of the lug nuts to be replaced (as a matching set for all 4 wheels), wheel locks replaced (This portion of my request has been done) and I do not feel that this is too much to expect, since after almost 40 days of waiting since I spoke to a Manager, I still have to take my truck back in, to complete this repair for a third time.Sincerely,[redacted]

Ranger and the brief response I received. I have been in communication with the dealer and I have dropped off the truck to be looked at. I have received a rental car, but until the vehicle repair is finished, I cannot accept the response to close out this complaint. The vehicle was dropped off on 06/02/17 and the 5 day window that Revdex.com has given me, will fall on Saturday, 06/03/17. I may not know more until at least Monday, 06/05/17.
