Pipe Systems: 5686 Summit St WEST LINN, OR (22518592)

I originally called a company called lake oswego service plumbers that dispatch local plumbers to your home. Pipe systems plumbers came out to my home to fix a water line on my new fridge that was only distributing a small amount of water. After looking at it they told me the water line could not be adjusted and that the valve would only allow for that size of tube to be used. It was surprising since the fridge was brand new and very expensive that I had no option and could not use my filtered water on my fridge due to the flow. They ended up charging me $115 for the service call saying that they had to charge it through the service company they worked for. About 8 months later I had an appliance plumber come out to fix another appliance. I asked him to look at the fridge and he came back and said it was avery easy fix. The line wasn't in the valve all the way. I tried to call pipe systems and they were trying to tell me they werent the plumber that came out here. They tried to re directing to 2 other companies and give me the run around. They had me re email my original invoice to 3 different emails. After further research, I discovered they had 3 different companies, 3 different phone number and only one CCB number all owned by the same owner. The service company is actually owned and operated by the same owner as pipe systems plumbing and pipe systems sewer scope. After I began to get frustrated with the run around and accuse him of being affiliated with the other 2 companies he hung up on me and never returned my calls. I believe he uses the other companies to tell people that are unhappy with their service or lack of service that it is actually not his company and to complain to one of his companies that wont effect his CCB number.
