Review: We signed up for this service, and the company does not provide the service we paid for. They promise real estate leads and every one we have received have been a complete waste of time. On didn't even speak english, and the company states they call and speak to the lead before assigning to ensure quality! If they are assigning leads in Southern California they should have an idea of price range/affordability. To send a lead for our area that can only afford $250,000-$300,000 is impossible!! We tried to cancel within the time frame our contract allowed and they would not permit us. We are now trying to cancel again and have requested a full refund and they are refusing to allow this! The leads they produce are not valid and their verification practice is highly questionable! If they advertise a service, they should be help accountable for this! We would like to receive a full refund, and honestly this company should be evaluated for not performing and essentially robbing the consumer! I tried to handle this with customer service, only to receive the worst customer service and utterly disrespectful behavior from their representative.Desired Settlement: We would like a full refund of all fees paid up to this point. Review: I was contacted via phone by a sales representative for Real Estate Pipeline. After several calls, I agreed to buy into their Lead System being clear I wanted to review the terms in writing. I gave them my email address and they said I should be receiving an email any moment now. After two days, (today) I realized I had not received an email. I reached out to them, they told me to check my spam. Nothing there. In order to protect my rights as I understood them, I sent an email telling them I wanted to cancel, unless things could be worked out. I finally spoke to a Manager, [redacted], who told me they were canceling my account but would not be refunding the set up fee. I have not received any receipt to this day. I have text messages verifying what the sales representative told me. I want a FULL refund. Not a partial refund. Please assit.Desired Settlement: A refund for the set up fee of $199.
