Pipelining Technologies, Inc.

These guys went to my home to give me an estimate to fix a bathroom toilet backup issue. They did a video of the broken pipes and a drawing. I received after some days a proposal with generic text and a price for around US$12k saying more charges can be applyed if their equipment get stuck when doing the job, also saying no permit cost included and also the proposal said their warranty is actually for 10 years and not 50 years on materials like they say on their website. After asking about the hidding fees and asking for a new estimate including all fees and work to fix my problem and give me piece of mind, they answered me saying: "We understand you will be better served by a local company. We suggested Coral Gables Plumbing". Since my home is in Boca Raton I didn't understand their suggestion. I asked for the video they did in my home and they just sent a small footage to make me have to do it again if I use other company (they charged me more than $500k for the video!).
So please, stay away from this company. They will try to make you sign a propose with so many ridiculous terms than even a child will not do it. And they will rip you off doing a video work that is useless. Waste of time and money. Can't believe they are Revdex.com accredited. :(
