To whom it may concern: This letter is in response to complaint # [redacted] in regards to an advertising issue at Stonehill at Pipers Creek ApartmentsThe community does offer reserved parking at an additional monthly cost to all of it residents that inquire about itThere is not a parking issue on site but one may feel that certain areas are more convenient to park than other areas depending on the location on site The Complainant was advised that any spot that is marked with “reserved” is an additional monthly fee of $a month and was explained the parking situation for Building #at the time of move inShe was advised of multiple areas in which parking is not reserved in close proximity to that buildingThe complainant was even offered to park in the manager’s parking spot after hours free of charge It was not mentioned that the complainant was a victim of domestic violenceOur policies are in accordance with the TAA lease as well as federal and state Fair Housing LawsWhile there are certain remedies that a victim of Domestic, family, and sexual violence has in regards to the lease, they do not apply in this case If there is desire to have a reserved parking spot by the Building #1, arrangements can be made for an additional fee each month Sincerely [redacted] Community Manager Stonehill at Pipers Creek Apartment

I was not advised of the parking issue until 72 hours after moving into the property when I had a handwritten letter placed on the windshield of my truck which I immediately took back into the office after turning in my checklist after move-in. At this time I then informed the property manager Mr.[redacted] who has responded to the complaint filed. The property needs to eliminate reserved parking which is a complaint I filed after not being advised of this prior to moving into the property, also a complaint that I have been advised by other tenants which has brought this to my attention. I am not asking for a reserved parking space but I am asking to be supplied ample parking within the community. I have a car that I pay to park somewhere else because of the pre-existing issues w/parking on the property. I am not asking for front door service to my aprtment or my building either but Mr.[redacted] stated that parking is not a issue when asked about parking immediately after signing my lease because his leasing agent had not mentioned this to me and since I get off of work at 8PM he stated that there were no issues which I found out three days later that this was a lie when a tenant placed a handwritten note on the windshield of my vehicle.Regards,[redacted]
