In the last month or so there has been a buildup of what seems to be sewage water accumulating and with the summer sun it starts to produce a foul smellAdditionally, every time a car passes ** at a high rate of speed they splash the puddle of dirty water all over our back door/ back door area
This is not drainage from rain as we have been told before
The assistant property manager *** *** notified us that he would have someone come and take a look at the problemBelow is his response:
"Good afternoon, after inspection I have been advised this is run off water from your A/C unitBoth drains are connected to the hvac unit on the roofDuring the hot summer months you will experience this more often than during the winter because the A/C unit will be running more often."
This cannot be the HVAC runoff because there is a foul smell of feces coming from it and it looks like sewage waterWe contacted them again and they said they would send someone over to power was
