I've been ordering supplements from Piping Rock for quite some time now and I've not been disappointed with their products or their customer serviceTheir shipping cost is the best I've found and I receive my orders promptly and in good conditionThey have good prices especially on their Crazy Deals sales and this enables me to stock up on products that I use the most I use their supplements for both me and my pets

Please see attached documentation which shows correspondence between our company and the customer explaining the reason for the shipping charge and also explaining that they were going to be refunded for the shipping charge as a courtesy this time A refund was given to the customers [redacted] account which is how the order was initially paid for and our procedure is to refund the same account used for the order purchase We did honor the customers request.If you need any further information, please let us know.Kind Regards, [redacted] Piping Rock Health Products

We have submitted a refund slip for this refund on January ***, this means we submitted this to accounts payable for processing and then it gets printed and mailed say in about 4-days after this submissionIn this case we do understand that it has been about days take away the
processing timewe have explained this to Heather when she called and we also explained that the Person that handles the processing and tracking has been out of the office for almost weeks and will return on Tuesday the *** we asked Heather to give us till then to track and get full details from the person regarding this refund check

I opened up a complaint against this company a few weeks ago for never refunding my money for product I returned to them in January The issue was closed after the company stated that they reissued a refund check on 3-**-and that I should receive it within 5-business daysOnce again, I still do not have a checkI called today and was told that a check was issuedI asked when, and was told they don't have that infoI asked to speak with someone that does have that infoI was told they're not availableI asked for a managerI was told they're not availableSo once again, I have no refund, and am never able to speak with anyone that has any information further than "We processed your return, The check is in the mail"I want my money back!!!! ImmediatelyI have complained more than half a dozen times and waited literally months and all I get is the same run around over and over again

"This return you will be returning" would mean to me the return I list and discuss in detail in my original complaint that they were now replying to! This is the truthIt's in writingThat's why I packed up all the oils and mailed them to Piping RockWhy else would I do so? Why would I waste my time and money if they hadn't agreed? They simply reneged on their agreement

I have ordered from Piping Rock several timesHowever, recently when I went to order, I decided to read some of the products' reviews beforehandI was shocked by the wording on many of the reviewsThe majority sounded ingenuine, contrived, & genericThe reviews did NOT sound authentic--as from real usersMost of the reviewers commented about the company being so great, rather than on the actual products being reviewedNo specifics were given
And, compared with reviews of vitamins on *** ***, and other websites, the reviews were too generalAlmost none sounded like real people and their experiences with the actual products
The products my mom & I ordered from Piping Rock were mostly amino acids, oils, magnesium, and a few othersMost of the products were not capsules, but hard, large, chalky, difficult-to-swallow, oblong tabletsExcept for the magnesium And some of them did not state directly on the label "manufactured in the US"After reading the reviews, I'm not sure I will be ordering from Piping Rock againIf something sounds too good to be true, it usually isn't

As to pick up there was no notices left so there so I wasn't aware of any attempts to pick *** product also *** is telling a blatant lie about the product not being labeled OrganicAttached is proofLook at the labels and the truth will manifest itselfAll o need is this package retrievedIf *** left a notice I would have made sure the package was availableIf the product was properly labeled I wouldn't have been confused thus there would have been no issues

I must rate the company's order response rate "Outstanding". I receive my online orders complete and quickly, generally four or five days after placing them with what I consider minimal shipping charges, from New York to my USPS box in Hawaii. Once I received my order in three days! The one time I received items in error they apologized, sent the correct items, and declined return of the misspent items. I would work in their warehouse if it would not involve living in New York!

This customer was refunded on Dec [redacted] back to his [redacted] card ending in [redacted]. His refund was for 53.15 because he received a 10.00 discount so he is not entitled to that because we only charged him the 53.15. Please see attached shot of refund proof...

This morning, 10/**/15, I saw in the website of Piping Rock that says " [redacted]". When I was placing my order, I also saw on the right side of the page where it shows the total of the order, saying Rewards Point -$10. After I have selected the items totaling to more than $50. even after the Rewards Point taken out, I went to checkout. Lo and Behold - the $10. Rewards Point was removed and the Shipping Cost was added in. THIS IS TERRIBLE!! I complained to a Customer Service who told me that the Rewards Point was for a new customer only and there should be a code I applied to give me that and also that the Free Shipping was for web orders only - she thinks I am a [redacted].
I did not apply any code!!! I am ordering from the website!!! SO, why did they remove the $10. and the Free Shipping. This is a all a hoax - to attract customers!!!

Hello,Please see all the notes documented on this customer's history since the beginning of April, we have made attempts to pick up the product so we can refund his account, at no time have we stated that we will not refund him we just need the pick up to be scanned so we can refund him, for...

that is our policy and he has been informed of this matter. As for him speaking with higher management that has never happened because the reps have done everything to accommodate the return of this product I have however just informed higher management about this due to the fact that we were under the impression that this was taken care of as far as the understanding that we are just waiting for the [redacted] Scan to refund but see attached for this customer refused to send us back the product.[redacted] -  04-**-2015 DOCUMENTED ON CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT:Customer emailed asking if [redacted] will pick up the package. [redacted] - 04-**-2015 DOCUMENTED ON CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT: Customer responded to email stating that he was not going to pay to have the items returned / customer claims it was false advertising for labeling a product organic when it was not. / I have prepared a call tag to pick up the order from customer because  first it was our error and second because of the amount of the order (125.00) / I informed the customer that once we received the return we would then issue him a refund / Tracking Number: [redacted] Service: [redacted] Ground Service Label Delivery Method: 3 [redacted] Pickup Attempts [redacted] - 04-**-2015 DOCUMENTED ON CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT:Received customers email stating that he would like a full refund / I informed the customer that he can return the product to receive a full refund.  [redacted] -  04-**-2015 DOCUMENTED ON CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT:Customer called to cancel but the order has been shipped. On my last phone call, I was not told that the processing person was out until the [redacted], but rather that they were out "for a while". Either way, this is unacceptable to me as this is what I have been told over and over again: That the person that processes is unavailable and that they will look into it and get back to me. If it had only been a week or two, or this was the first time I had heard this I might be more patient. However, it's been more than 60 days and I've heard this from the company before. I fail to understand how a business could be completely unable to process a $25 refund because there is only one person in the entire company that has this capability and they're out for a month. Have they ceased processing refunds for all of their customers this entire month? Does the processing person not have a manager that get do,this persons job in their absence? I have zero faith that this will actually be resolved on March [redacted].
