These items are and will be addressed, we felt it was in our best interest to hire an attorney for a few reasons#we have never had any situation like this and always have satisfied customers#Guy *** stated that he had retained an attorney, and seeing that we've never dealt with one
before we figured it was in our best interest to retain one as well(we have learned that they are not very fast at responding)#Some items that he requested are up to/ exceed the MBA "Construction Industry Quality Standards" this is not a benchmark we use in building but after getting a laundry list of items, we decided to contact the MBA seeing as though we have a membership, figured they are here to help both sidesAgain we do plan on keeping the ***'s happy and doing the necessary repairs, at this point we are just going about it in a direction to cover ourselves as we feel this is a customer we may never be able to please, (The representative at the MBA and our attorney feel the same way after seeing the list from the ownersThey said they run into an owner once or twice a year that no matter what you do, you will never please them.)We are in the process of setting up a meeting with the ***'s and the MBA to walk through the home to come to an agreement on the repairs During the year walk through there was roughly 12-items that needed to be addressed , after the meeting we asked Guy to email a detailed list and we would get it scheduled for repairOnce we got the Email there was itemsObviously we need to see the other 80+ items before we can repair them

We are all hoping to resolve this matter in the near future, It is our attorneys hands at this point and will be addressed. We have offered for the MBA to mediate and that was turned down so at this point we are in the process of other mediation avenues.
