Pipsqueak Resale Boutique Reviews (2)

On Sept. 18th, 2015 [redacted] brought in children's clothing and shoes to put on consignment. We have a "bring what you can carry in one load" policy which was reviewed with before her bringing her items in. On the drop off card that [redacted] filled out, she put that she brought in 4...

bags of items (the number of items between these four bags is approximately 50 items total), we offer two options when your items sell, store credit and cash, she check marked cash (which is a two month contract and indicated on the drop off card [redacted] filled out, attached), the consignor also has the option to donate any items we cannot use in the store (donations are made to local charities) or pickup any items we cannot use, this choice is also applied to the end of the consignment period and any unsold items at the end of the consignment period are then donated to local charities. Her consignment period ended on Nov 18th, 2015. Of her approximately 50 items, we were able to put 35 of them on the sales floor, donated approximately 15 items that we could not use. Of the 35 items we put on the sales floor 18 items sold and 17 did not and were pulled and donated to local charities at the end of November. In this case [redacted]’s choice was to donate (again please see attached consignment drop off card).
On Jan 10th, [redacted] came in to receive cash for her 18 items totally $36.12, my employee called me at home and asked how to print a report for [redacted], I asked to please let [redacted] know our printer is not working and I can send her an email in the morning. She left her email address and in the morning I sent the email. I accidentally added an extra 'L' and explained to [redacted] on Jan 29th.
On Jan 29th, [redacted] called the store, I apologized and stated I made a mistake in her email and I would send it to her while we were on the phone. When she received the email she claimed that she brought in a 100 items and asked why only 35 items were accepted. I explained that some of the items may have been a little more loved and we were not able to use them in the store.
On Jan 30th, Sheri left a negative comment on my business page. In the attachment, [redacted] has written several postings claiming she has brought in 350 items and 400 items verses the approximately 50 items (it would be very difficult for one person to carry 350-400 items in 4 bags).
Our operating policy insures that after the consignment period has completed the items are pulled off the shelves to insure there is room for new product.
In the attachment there are 24 pages of screen shots of [redacted] recruiting friends (including her husband posting false information as well) to post false negative reviews from people who have not been in the store, she has made threats including "my lesson is learned. But your lesson is yet to be learned", she is slandering me personally and professionally with false allegations.
Also attached is our guidelines that [redacted] initialed (attached) that the guidelines have been read.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: on September 17 I walked into Kristine store being introduced to the store for the first time. I explained to the lady that was working that I didn't know anything about the store and how does it work. She explained to me the clothes go on consignment if I choose to cash or if I choose donation. I explained to her that I had an obnoxious amount of clothing between the size is a five T and 6X   And read where it said that everything had to be lying flat. The little gal that was working explained to me that I did not need to worry about making sure that everything was lying flat if I had that many as their store was currently out of those size clothing's. I did not make one trip to my car to drop off items  I made three. When I was checked in they were so excited to see all the clothes. Maybe she should describe how big four bags of clothing is.  Not marked on the sheet and I questioned or the two bags of shoes that were dropped off. Definitely not 50 items of clothing and shoes combined and four bags to make three trips.  Upon receipt of the actual dates I did contact mall security to ask for video footage of me carrying in all of the clothing for consignment. The mall only saves 90 days. Yes I wrote a review on Facebook it's called freedom of speech.  No when I tell her that she has a lesson to learn that's not a threat that is telling her that she needs to learn how to do business. I also have screenshots of her employees and her friends in boxing me personally and threatening me I repeated to all of her friends and all of her employees that were messaging me that they needed to make her aware of what they were doing because they were harassing me     I did not ask any of my friends to write a review on her store I have several inbox messages after publicly posting my review from people that also consign with her that had the exact same experience. This is been a continuous practice of hers.  After reading the policies and procedures listed on her webpage it says that quality-control goes through three people. Her employee who took the time to message me was nice enough to tell me that the only person that went through my clothing was Christine.  After reading the policies and procedures listed on her webpage it says that quality-control goes through three people. Her employee who took the time to message me was nice enough to tell me that the only person that went through my clothing was Christine. I part find her  I find her actions to be substandard I do not feel that anyone should be continuing to do business with her. My oldest daughter was in her store yesterday just to look for the last two items that we had seen in her store. Just  for the record there is still one item on her cells for that belongs to me not donated. She continues to tell me that I have nothing left in her store and that she donated all the remaining items. Common business practice to tell me that everything is been donated common business practice to say that your printer is broke becomes common  Business practice to rip off your consumer. Again I will repeat I was standing in the store when the purple shoes were sold. So just reading that those were donated because they did not sell was a blatant lie.  I am not going to play high school he said she said game with the owner of the business. She needs to learn there are people out there that are not going to except the fact that she is a thief.

Sincerely,[redacted]
