minutes in to signing my lease for one of his properties I get a text from *** claiming he is giving the property to one of his family friends after promising us the property was oursAfter receiving this text I called him said my name and he hung up the phone when hearing me say who I wasNow every time I try to re call he declines my callAfter PROMISING the house was ours and min THE DAY OF signing the leaseVery unprofessional and would not recommend getting a house through him on my worst enemy!!

Unprofessional and unorganizedHave a problem with your house? They won't respondHad a roach infestation since day and it was never solvedHad roommates waking up with roaches next to themThe first day my roommates and I moved in we noticed the basement flooded in ankle deep water! They drained the water but every time it rained it would flood every timeMONTHS after the first day the problem was FINALLY fixedThere was also a bunch over shingles, house siding sitting in our yard since the first dayWe have asked to have them removed on multiple occasions but nothing
My advice, do not rent with pirate placesThey do not care about their properties and care even less about their tenantsThe pictures they have of their properties online are super misleadingPlease do not fall for the same thing my roommates and I didA huge mistake to say the least
