The family four pack that was purchased clearly states on the voucher that it expired on 9/1/along with the verbiage No refunds or cash value. The Promotional Value Expired on 9/1/2014. I do see on the voucher which can be misleading that the Paid value does not expire, meaning that
Plum District retained the right to reimburse the amount of the sale not Pirates Cove. I have also researched getting ahold of Plum District and it does appear they are out of business. I have attached a copy of a voucher that states the conditions. Staff have been trained to not accept expired coupons we get a number of expired tickets, vouchers and fraud coupons each season. Pirates Cove is willing to refund the $since Plum District is out of business and is unable to make good on their Paid Value. A check will be cut and mailed to the customer. The next city of Englewood check cut date will be August 15, in which the customer should receive it shortly there after

I am rejecting this response because:I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com about my issues with Pirates Cove refusing to honor Plum District vouchers that they sold, Pirates Cove offered a resolution, I accepted, Revdex.com closed the complaint...problem, no refund check has been received, no communication of any kind has been received from Pirates Cove. I would like for Pirates Cove to send me the $21 refund they assured me would go out on the 15th of August.
