In regards to complaint ID ***, response from EF Barrett insThe information that EF Barrett sent you was not trueI received no paperwork or information from them until after I filed the complaintThey are backdating paperwork and saying they sent it trying to cover up their mishandling of things. I never made a credit card payment on 2/28/I paid in cash to them on February 5, 2018, and they never sent the money inIf they would have sent the money my policy would have never been cancelledI called them times a week for 5-weeks over this and the fact my "policy" changed coverage and amounts without my knowledge or approvalNot only were my phone calls never returned, on two occasions I was placed on "hold" for over minutes while they were looking into things only to never get back on the line. And although I finally received my money back I am very disappointed with this company and would never recommend it to anyone!Sincerely,*** ***
