Recently took my truck in for evaluation of air conditioner not working. I was charged for 2 separate diagnosis. One for the fan not working (I told them it didn't work when I went in) and a separate one for the air flow not changing. These seem to be related but I was charged for the 2 separate. I expected a detailed report of parts and labor but was given only 1 line on each. A price for global labor and global parts. For $173 I expected a more detailed list of needed parts and more detailed time needed. I purchased the vehicle there and have been back for repair several times and this was the final straw I am done with Pischke and with Dodge.
