We have sent multiple pre paid labels to the consumer. I am very sorry that he has not received them. We would like to assist him with his claim. I have issued the labels again certifed mail to ensure delivery. Once he has received the label, he can use that to send us in the
damaged items and the product for our review. I will ensure his claim is handled quickly once we receive his items
Soft Scrub Cream Cleanser is intended to be used on most surfaces in the bathroom or kitchen. This product is safe to use on glass-top stoves, which we do note on the back of the bottle. It is not an oven cleaner however, and not intended to be used on the inside of an oven. It
is a rinse off product and therefore it must be rinsed off with water after cleaning with it to remove any residue.Soft Scrub can produce oxides of carbon and oxides of nitrogen when exposed to high heats, mainly in large quantities. This is why we do not recommend it be used inside of an oven. This claim was denied due to misuse of product
I'm very sorry that the product was watery. I don't have any record of the consumer contacting our service center. We'd like to have the product sent into us or at the very least the lot codes so we can look into the issue. This product is filled on a hands free line and boxed on...
the line as well, so we would be very curious to look into how water could be placed in the bottles.
I am writing to let you know that Henkel who is over the purex products. On the 5th of may I bought purex lavender with oxy to was my sons baseball paints I got home opened it up and it exploded like a science project all in my face in my nose and in my mouth I ran to rinse my mouth out and my eyes and my nose I ended up having to go to the doctor on May 8th to the ER and was told I had a chemical burn in my eyes from the product I had to go back to the doctor on the 9th 2 and had to have IVs they have told me that I need to go probably to the eye specialist and make sure I hadn't burned the corneas in my eyes how was told by Marianne Martinez that they would refund my Hospital ER visits just send them the bill and my bills from my medication they gave me for my eyes and my nose from CVS I did send them all the bills and they said they could only pay me what I paid out of pocket that's not what she told me in the first place should told me that since I heard I did tell the ER not to Bill my insurance because they would be responsible but my insurance got billed anyway I feel that that's unfair I should be paid back what my insurance paid and for missing two days of work since I do do my own cleaning I missed 3 days Friday Saturday and Sunday and Mother's Day was that Sunday and I was going to work 3 days and she said there was nothing they could do since it was my company I had no way of telling them or showing them that I had three houses to clean I think that's really unfair the product exploded in my face I'm still dealing with my eyes burning my nose burning I have to use the screens and this appointment to ease the burning and sensation in my nose I was nauseated and threw up for 2 days that's why the hospital had to give me an IV I feel this company is not fair and I looked it up and they have been turned in before for their products please let me know if you contact this company and what they tell you if you can get anything out of them I would appreciate it I think that the product should be removed from the counter in the store I did call Dollar General they said the product was not sitting in heat or anything they put it out on the Shelf earlier and it was not their fault it had to be the parent company's fault so that's why I'm writing to let you know this company does not stand up to what they tell you they're going to do Mary Ann Martinez is who I spoke with on different occasions their number is ###-###-#### thank you so much in advance [redacted]
