Pissedconsumer.com, is a complaint portal where people can give the review about the scam. I was looking i[redacted] and my company name was listed on that website. When I go through that complaint that was not a real one. The person stated that [redacted] called us by searching the mcafee number o[redacted] advertisement. We are not advertising for mcafee in [redacted], secondly we never received any confirmation email from the business to submit the complaint or verification about the customer.

Third, we are running our business from last couple of year and we have our clear refund policy, we never hold the refund process. If the business have the information about the customer, they can share with Revdex.com as well as with [redacted] Support Team.

Last but not the least one, the second complaint about the outbound call to the customer and claim for $50 for AVG. We never dial outbound calls. We are inbound technical support company and never do cold dialing. Also we don't have a service plan for $50 which clearly stated that its a fake complaint.

Review: There is a fake review on www.pissedconsumer.com about my business and I have emailed them 3 times with no response, allowing them over a month to respond. There is no correct listed phone number for this company, they do not appear to have a phone number anywhere. The review is fake and I believe it was written by a competing business. There was never any sale for the amount described in the complaint the entire 7 years my business has been operational. Other people chimed in negative remarks, I doubt any of them are customers. The site has no protections against fraudulent reviews, and they have a very high google ranking. Even though my business has hundreds of great reviews online, pissedconsumer.com shows up on the first page, causing damage to my business.Desired Settlement: Please email me and either disclose the IP address and identity of the person who wrote the fake review, or remove it so I can request google to stop displaying it in search results.
