stay away from this company. I ordered a thumb safety for my 1911 from them over a month ago, they confirmed my order and accepted payment immediately but haven't heard from them since. they wont answer their phone or respond to e-mails. They may eventually send me the thumb safety I ordered but I ordered it because I need it, not because it would be nice to have some day so I will likely purchase one from someone else long before I get it. I wont recommend or deal with Pistol Accents again.

For a company that states (see quote) they’ve certainly fell short.

I initially ordered a replacement gun barrel from them on 30Nov2016. After receiving confirmation of the order I didn't receive any other emails regarding shipment of the product. On 15Dec16 I emailed them asking for the status of my order, no response given. After another week I called them a few times and finally received an email on 28Dec16 stating "We have a stainless available no black yet. Hopefully within the next week. Sorry for the delay:" I responded "Thank you for getting back to me. I look forward to hearing from you next week." I never heard anything back and sent another email on 16Jan17, 8Feb17, 19Feb17, 1Mar17, and 15Mar17 with no return emails. I called them 17Mar17 and left a voicemail asking them to call. After the last correspondence on 28Dec17 I began asking for a refund on 8Feb17. I've had no return to any of my attempts to get in contact with the company.

I ordered a glock barrel from this company because I read they had it in stock ready to ship, after 48 hours I heard nothing from them no email, no answering the phone. I figured since I live in same state I would receive the product quick but they actually don't have it in stock, what they do is have the out of state company ship it to you. I cancelled the order after not hearing from them after 2 days and the guy finally calls and is mad...so mad in fact he hasn't given my credit card a refund yet, it's been over a week. Terrible company, never do business with Pistol Accents. 3/21/2017

Review: Ordered a product from this company that did not work properly. I returned the product expecting a full refund of the $299.00 purchase price. The company only credited my credit card back $224.99. I sent them an e-mail asking why the the refund was short $74.01 and I have not heard from them. I met all of their requirements so I am at a loss on why I was not credited the full amount.Desired Settlement: I would like Pistol Accents to credit my card with the additional $74.01 or supply me with a valid reason why they withheld that amount.

Review: I ordered 2 firearm magazines on 4/**/13 from Pistol Accents. I knew they were on back order but it has now been almost 8 months. I have checked other sites for this product and it is available on at least 5 different sites. I have contacted the shipper numerous times and no answer to my problem. The first couple of times I was told the item was on back order and the last 3 times I sent inquiries I have not received an answer to my problemDesired Settlement: I either want a full refund immediately.
