Pistolaccents; do not buy anything from this company. I ordered a thumb safety for my 1911 on 2-4-18. they confirmed my order and accepted payment immediately and that was the last I heard from them. they never confirmed shipment. I have emailed them several times and they never responded. I have tried to call them three times and each time I get a recording stating that their voice mail box is full. I have serious doubts that I will ever receive the thumb safety I ordered. At this point I just want my payment refunded.

I highly advise anyone looking for gun parts and accessories to stay away from this place if shopping online. I placed order that was said to be in stock, after it hadn't shipped for days later I emailed the company through their website and was told it wasn't in stock. The following morning I sent another email canceling my order. I didn't hear from the company all day so I tried calling several times the following day, no answer of course. So then I went to send another email and my account has been deleted. Contacted my credit card company immediately and set up another account on pistol accents. Eventually I got them to return a portion of the money they tried charging me a restocking fee when they didn't even have the product in stock. Terrible business stay away four thumbs way down

Review: On 12/**/2014, I ordered a replacement barrel for a pistol I had bought from a friend. I looked the part up on their website and ordered [the site said the barrel was in-stock.] and paid at that time with a credit card which was charged to my account a couple of days later.

I called the store in January around the [redacted] and asked about the barrel and was told that because of Christmas and all they were having problems getting it ready and I told them OK and started waiting again. I sent the website a message and told them to cancel my order and refund my credit card on 2/*/15 and have not heard back or received a reply on the website either. I will be contacting my credit card company and having my payment reversed if I can as of today on 2/**/15. I called the store today and recieved an answering machine and so far no reply.,Desired Settlement: I want my money back and to warn others not to use this business.
