Company came out and examined our roof Still waiting for an estimate After Hurricane Irma the company came out and examined our roof We need repairsI have called numerous times to find out the status of the estimate We were told it was going to be emailed and as of today we still have not received the estimate I have asked to talk to the manager and no one has ever called me backWe have used this company before and I am appalled by the lack of professional courtesy I know they are probably very busy, however, an email or phone call is what you expect from a reputable business

Haven't seen them since December to finish the job
This company came last December and tore apart our upstairs and downstairs patio and balcony to repair roof leaks caused by Hurricane IrmaHowever on Dec 23rd they stopped work and have never returned citing a problem with getting a permit and other excusesWe have been to their office and left many phone messages which are not returnedThey required payment of $13,with a promise to start work several weeks agoPlease contact them so we can get this unbelievable mess on our patio and balcony repaired

Pit Crew Roofing was hired to replace our shingle roof with a metal roof The crew completely removed all the old roof, and then installed the new roof The work was exceptional in all respects Specifically the two workers,Nick & Matt were friendly and courteous, they were the only crew working on roofs in our community that wore safety harnesses while on the roof The installation of the new roof was an experience in watching true professionals who were not only technically qualified, they also enjoyed the work they were performing Their performance was outstanding I would highly recommend Pit Crew

This business has failed to contact me regarding my insurance claimI have contacted them times since September, and they have yet to contact me
I contacted this business March of regarding roof repairsI had already received my claim information from my insurance companyTom came out from this business and told me that the insurance company should've calculated my damage for a new roof not a repairHe said he would contact the insurance company and discuss my claimIn July 2017, he returned and had me sign a piece of paper that would allow this company to act as my roofing company, and put forth a claim to replace my roof with the insurance companyI was never provided a copy of the paper I signed, and was told it may take days or more but to just be patientThirty days came and went, and Hurricane Irma came and wentMy roof has now suffered major damage, my ceiling was leaking, and there is a temporary repair on my roofI called this company on 9/11/17, 9/27/17,
