On 10/22/I went to f.y.e"for your entertainment" store at Edison Mall, Fort Myers, and I was deceived by the manager of the store because I bought a used DVD with "NO DISC" inside the cover at the price of $I bought DVD's that dayI returned to the store and I talked to a store manager and I explained the embarrassed situationThe store manager went to look for another copy and brought another one, so I thought the store manager was to exchange the DVD I bought with NO DISC insideThe store manager was very rude telling me that the other copy was a "new" version and that if I wanted that new copy, I had to buy it and pay for the differenceI tried to negotiate with this store manager to get just the "exchange" explaining again and again that it was not my fault neither my responsibility that the f.y.e store were selling DVD's without discs inside the coverI claimed many times to this store manager the "exchange" because I wanted to have the movie that I supposedly
