Dear Revdex.com Representative,           ...

                              We recently received a complaint from your division in regards to a customer ([redacted]).Case ID# [redacted] dated from 11/14/2017.  I have made contact with the customer in regards to this case and have confirmed that the customer came in for service on the date stated and that many services were performed to his request.In addition to those services - he had some change orders and also requested additional services in the middle of the process.  As part of the services, we did rotate the tires - as well as balance the tires (2 separate orders).  Under routineconditions we do not charge for the rotation of the tires when we are balancing them - because they are already off of the car.  After visiting with the individuals involved, it seems as though when he was billed out, the rotation was not taken off of the original order when the balancing of the tires was added later.             Clearly an oversight & I have communicated with Mr [redacted] that we are happy to refund him the cost of the rotation, as we would normally not charge for both anyway.               If there are any other questions in regards to this - we would be happy to discuss them.  We are here to treat ourcustomers right and fair in every way.Thank You,   Nathan BPit Stop Oil Shop[redacted]  **  [redacted]
