Review: On May 8. 2014 I had my oil changed at Pit Stop Quick Lube. They performed the oil change, filter and tire pressure check and I left. The day after I noticed that I was missing a valve stem cover on my front passenger side tire. I checked the remaining three and they all were barely screwed on. A week later, (5/15/2014), I went to the local auto parts store to buy a replacement and found that the caps on my vehicle are specific to the tire pressure sensors and not available at your local auto parts store. I went to my local [redacted] dealer, [redacted], here in [redacted] and ordered the replacement. They come in a package of 5 for $21.10 plus tax. I ordered them and left to go talk to the owner at Pit Stop. Upon arriving at Pit Stop I spoke to an employee, I don't know his name and I mean no disrespect by this but he is the slow one. He took my name, number and reason for my dissatisfaction and promised to forward it to the owner. (He did read back my contact info and it was correct) So here it is almost three weeks since and I still haven't heard from the owner or anyone connected with Pit Stop regarding this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like a valid check, mailed to my address, to cover the cost of my having to replace the valve stem covers for my [redacted] $21.10 + $1.27 tax = $22.37
