If I could I'd rate them -starsThis company manages properties poorly and don't care that they are wasting HOA fundsEither they are incompetent or truly believe that the people they hire are incompetentThere is a water leak coming from in front of my neighbors home and they have sent different companies to come check my unit for leaks and EACH INDIVIDUAL stated they're not sure why they were sent to my unit when my HVAC and plumbing is on the other side of the houseThe last individual even took the time to run to the store, buy a blower, blow through my line and mark my line to prove that it wasn't my unitI told [redacted] this over the phone a few moments ago and she tried to call me out as a liar when I watched this man with my own eyes blow my lineSo this poorly operated company requested to send a FOURTH company out to do the same thing and I told them NOThey've already sent out people who ruled out my homeAlso, while I was out of town they took it upon themselves to change the outside pipe for my unit without my noticeWhile on the phone with [redacted] I asked her why is she continually hiring different companies to search for something in my unit when they've ruled me out and that she's wasting our HOA money...HER RESPONSE WAS, IF THAT'S WHAT I GOTTA DOThen she continually became sarcasticI'm over this place! Not sure why we were switched from the [redacted] to this crappy teamIN ADDITION TO THIS I'VE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE TO GET MY GUTTERS CLEANED WHICH IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY AND TO REQUEST PARKING LOTS TO BE REPAINTED BECAUSE YOU CAN BARELY READ THE NUMBERING/LETTERINGI WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

We had an issue with our account, automatic withdraw from our bank account to the HOA Chesapeake Bay management companyThey are saying that we have $in late fees when I thought that, that is why people setup automatic withdraw to avoid late feesWe feel like we have also been charged with other ridiculous feesAlso I can not talk to a single person about it, they want to discuss everything in writing, which I understand, but would like to talk to a person about this serious matter
