I have resolved the complaint with the customer tom her satisfactionI ended up buying her pitas and had a good conversation with her regarding her dissatisfaction with her experience at my storeAs far as I know she has been well taken care of and hopefully this doesn't happen againSincerely, Randy M***

Mr *** signed a contract with us and is refusing to pay after he has told us he sent the payment out. Mr *** called us out due to holes he wanted inspectedOnce they were inspected he then made a claim with his insurance company for jail damageSome of the damage was from hail the rest was
notHe then had us do a total make over on his house with all updated materialsWe added a metal roof, and new siding and gutters. Mr *** has text us as to how happy he is with the finished product, yet refuses to pay at this timeThe reason being is as per contract any additional decking is sq ftSo he was to pay $dollars out of pocket, prior to the additional wood he wanted changedHere are text messages to prove he has stated to us final Payment was sent and us stating we would take another look at anything he questionedHe then states he will send out payment and fix his (already) broken flood light himself.

Review: My food was delivered in a car with Washington plates and had two filthy, flea bag dogs in it! is this not a health code violation? I would have to guess that a hot meal (ours was cold) ready to eat should not be delivered in a vehicle with pet dander, fleas, dog slobber, [redacted] and urine soaked carpets etcthat this would be a major health code violation! I have three witnesses here at my home that witnessed the dogs, one in the front passenger seat (public safety hazard and a R.C.W. violation of animal transport) and one in the back seat! they where not seat belted in as per rcw laws in the state of Washington require, (remember police k9 dogs are considered human so the seat belt laws apply!) the driver left the car unattended and running with the windows open so the dogs could have escaped! the driver was not in uniform and that raises another question, where does she keep them when she is at work?needless to say I am not happy with this an it is totally unacceptable for a food vendor to deliver food in the same vehicle that has live animals in it! bad carrier move!I will no longer purchase there food ever again!Desired Settlement: A total refund $24.39 and then diss-miss the person and or persons that performed this action as well as the manager for letting it happen! the person who committed the offense should be held guilty of animal abuse and fined accordingly (misdemeanor) in the state of WA! what ever happened to common sense! oh, it jumped out the window, (not funny, not funny at all!)sick that's what it is!
