I am rejecting this response because: the vendor can't deny the fact that they overcharged us for the product and service they provided, way over the limit. They did that via deceiving marketing. They tried to cover up the act afterwards by lying in the receipt, including the job they didn't perform at all (e.g., repair furnace). This is a dishonest vendor and customers shall be warned to stay away from

*** *** is confused on the terminolgy and with the serviceman from the gas company and did not understand what was told to himThe gas company charges $to come out to light a pilot light on a applianceWe were contacted by *** *** to come to his home to look at and estimate work to be
done on a gas leak which involves changing gas shut off valves and changing some gas piping to the furnaceHe was given the estimate prior to any work performed and complained to the service tech about the priceThe service tech explained to *** *** that there were money saving coupons in the phone book that he can apply towards the bill*** *** found a $coupon and gave to the service tech, the service tech told him we had a $coupon in which the service tech applied towards the bill..After the work was completed *** *** was still complaining about the cost to the tech..The tech gave the option to remove all the parts installed and leave and not pay anything *** *** declined*** *** then called our office to speak to a supervisorWe had our supervisor go to *** ***'s home checked the work done and told *** *** that it was the correct amount chargedThe service manager also told *** *** he would remove what was done and we would refund his money and he can call another company to do the work, again *** *** declined*** *** thinks he can tell a service company what he wants to pay for a service after the work is completedIn order to run a proffesional company with experienced techs, insurances, trucks, office staff, warranties, etcThis was the correct priceI am sorry that *** *** does not feel he did not recieve value for the work performed

Complaint: ***There are some inaccuracies in the company's statementsFirst of all a few days before there was a different text that came out to inspect it needed to be doneHis findings work that he needed to have a pipe replaced and he didn't have the correct size on the truck so he was going to have to order it and it was going to take a day or soI was going out of town as I told them when I called that it needs to be done that day or it would have to wait until I was back in townWhen I came back the second check came out to the houseHe went under also to inspect the house and see what needed to be doneAfter he inspected the leak he told me that it was going to be over $and I told him that was way too much and I did not want the work doneThat was when he told me it was more involved it was going to take a lot longer to do it was much harder and that's when I agreed that he could do the workAfter I agreed that he could do the work he left to go get the materialsI was a little confused by this as I thought that the first tech would of told him what needed to be done since he had to order it and he would have had it all on the truckWhen he left I set the timer he was gone for an hourSo you got here at we discuss things he was under the house inspecting so he left her at about he got back here at an hour later and did the workThe work he did took him all of an hour maybe an hour and minutesNow if they sent somebody out here on the first day to look at the job to see what was done and to order the parts why were the parts on the truck so that it would not have taken an hour to go and get what needed to be doneThis was definitely a company taking advantage of senior citizensI have several bills from other companies for other jobs that come nowhere near the $and definitely the parts that that they used on the job we're nowhere near $either

Customer called us 6/10 we sent a Service tech out to house on 6/11 did not notice anything wrong and no one was home...Service manager scheduled to go go take a look on 7/8/15

We were called on a Sunday evening for an emergency leak through thr ceiling..The service tech first went to 2nd floor above the leak and could not visibly see any leaks. The water was dripping through the saturated sheet rock ceiling. The sheet rock had to be removed and replaced as it was sagging...

wet and would have created mold issue if not replaced. The service tech did find the leak and stopped it from creating further damage. The shower diverter could not be identified on Sunday evening as they did not have any paper work for it.

We have discounted the invoice and awaiting payment from the customer

WE HAVE GPS INSTALLED ON OUR VEHICLES. THE SERVICE TECH WAS DISPATCHED 7:38AM AUGUST 29, 2015 ARRIVED AT [redacted] HOME AT 8:03AM...AFTER CRAWLING UNDER HER HOME AND LOCATING THE PROBLEM THE SERVICE TECH GAVE HER THE ESTIMATE TO DO THE REPAIRS, WHICH INCLUDED REPAIRING THE WATER LINE REMOVING...

THE WET INSULATION AND INSTALLING NEW INSULATION. THE SERVICE TECH ALSO NOTICED WHERE ANOTHER REPAIR WAS MADE SOMEONE HAD RIPPED DOWN THE INSULATION AND NEVER REPLACED IT, THE SERVICE TECH ALSO REPLACED THAT MISSING INSULATION AS WELL. THE TECH THEN WENT TO THE SUPPLY HOUSE TO PICK UP MATERIALS WHICH WERE OVER $100 FOR THE PIPING AND INSULATION. HE CAME BACK MADE THE REPAIRS AND COMPLETED AT 11:48AM 4HRS 10MIN TOTAL TIME SPENT AT HER HOME..AS FAR AS THE $300 REPAIR THAT WAS MADE PREVIOUS BY ANOTHER COMPANY. THAT COMPANY HAD JUST REPLACED A VALVE ON THE SIDE OF THE HOME AND NEVER WENT UNDER INTO THE CRAWL AREA...AFTER REVIEWING ALL THE FACTS I FEEL THE BILL IS CORRECT AND NO MONEY IS DUE BACK TO THE CUSTOMER
